The restaurant offers a cuisine based on typical Langhe dishes and other more innovative ones that follow the season to enhance the raw materials. All courses are prepared in our kitchen, personally taking care of the quality and freshness of the products. In the pasta of our production, where “Tajarin”, “Plin” and Gnocchi are never lacking, we use organic flours.
In our cellar you will find wines that represent our territory, with the best labels from large and small producers, with the addition of some bottles from outside the region.
